Our leadership team is made up of people who are passionate about retail. Collectively we have hundreds of years of experience between us, working on both the analysis side and for retailers.


Neil Saunders, Managing Director
Neil is Managing Director of Conlumino and heads up a number of client projects as well as undertaking research. Previously Consulting Director at Verdict and before that working for the John Lewis Partnership, he has a wealth of experience in retail, business strategy and consumer research.


Maureen Hinton, Global Research Director
Maureen is Conlumino’s Global Research Director. In this role she oversees our programme of global research. Prior to Conlumino Maureen worked at Verdict in both consultancy and research roles, latterly heading up the company’s research and analysis division. Maureen has extensive experience in global retail, having worked  in both Russia and Italy and travelling extensively in the Far East in sourcing roles.


Suzanne Cooper, Commercial Director
Suzanne is responsible for the commercial leadership and management of the company to ensure it is continually aligning itself with clients’ business needs. She has extensive commercial and sales experience having worked for Informa, Datamonitor, and Verdict.


Stephen Ward, Commercial Director
Stephen is Commercial Director at Conlumino US, where he is responsible for looking after commercial aspects of the American operation the needs of our key North American clients. He has a background in Account Management and sales, having previously worked at Touch Group as well as Canadean.


Joseph Robinson, Research and Consulting Director
Joseph manages the research and consulting output of Conlumino’s London team and also works on bespoke projects for clients. He has extensive retail and consumer experience having worked for Mothercare on the retail side, and Verdict and Datamonitor on the research side.


Anusha Couttigane, Senior Fashion Consultant
Anusha is primarily responsible for managing Conlumino’s fashion consulting and analysis. Her background includes plenty of fashion experience: a degree in History, English and Fashion Media from Oxford, helping to organise and direct Oxford Fashion Week, and as a features editor for MyChicCity.com.


George Scott, Senior Consultant
George is a Senior Consultant at Conlumino and leads the food & grocery research program as well as consulting on food and FMCG projects. Formerly a foodservice Analyst at Allegra Strategies, his previous experience also includes commercial due diligence work as well as Directorship of a bakery startup.


David Alexander, Consultant
David is a Consultant at Conlumino, where he covers both domestic and international retail, working on a number of bespoke pieces of work for clients. Graduating in history from Warwick University, David trained as a solicitor at a commercial law firm before switching his focus to the retail sector.


Greg Bromley, Consultant
Greg is a Consultant at Conlumino where he focuses on a number of areas including home, food and multichannel. With a degree in Geography from the University of Leeds, Greg has a solid knowledge of GIS in retail. Greg has extensive work experience from interning at companies including Javelin, Sainsbury’s and Planet Retail.


Jeremy Pearce, Account Director
Jeremy is Account Director for Conlumino. In this role he looks after major clients ensuring that their needs are fully met by our research and gathering their feedback to help shape future products. Having worked at Verdict for 7 years, Jeremy is well known to most clients and prides himself on giving excellent service.


Sarah Hutchinson, Account Director
Sarah is Account Director for Conlumino. In this role she looks after major clients, keeping them up-to-date about our latest research and products as well as gathering their feedback to shape new services. Sarah has plenty of experience in account management, including from her time at Verdict, and ensures that good service is given at all times.


Dan Woodward, Business Development Director
Dan is responsible for Business Development at Conlumino, both within the UK and internationally and is passionate about expanding the reach of the brand. Dan’s previous business development experience comes from his role at leading food and beverage market intelligence provider Canadean.


Josh Watson, Account Executive
Josh is an Account Executive at Conlumino. In this role he looks after a number of key retail and professional service clients across the world as well as introducing the brand to new clients. Prior to Conlumino Josh worked as a Marketing Executive at Compass Group.


Sophie McCarthy, Consultant
Sophie is a Consultant with Conlumino, specializing in the home retail markets. Sophie has a strong background in retail as prior to Conlumino she worked for both Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s in various buying roles.


Andrew Hall, Consultant
Andrew is a Consultant with Conlumino. In this role works across a number of sectors, including retail trends where he has looked at issues such as personalization in retail. Andrew interned with Conlumino during his time at Oxford University.


Rebecca Marks, Consultant
Rebecca is a Consultant at Conlumino. In this role she works on a number of reports and client projects. Rebecca has a strong background in fashion and merchandising, having previously worked for Mothercare as an Assistant Merchandiser. She also interned at The Times and Puma.


Hemant Golechha, Head of Conlumino India
Hemant heads Conlumino’s Global Retail practice from India, and pioneered the global coverage in 2011.  He is responsible for both syndicated and consulting assignments. Prior to joining Conlumino, Hemant worked with Evalueserve and Commerce Academy – a total of 12+ years of corporate exposure in various fields of research and consulting in consumer and TMT domain. He has pursued his Masters in Business Administration, and another one in Commerce.


Nagesh Manepalli, Senior Analyst
Nagesh joined as a Senior Analyst at Conlumino’s global research team in India in 2015, he is responsible for all reports. Before joining Conlumino, he was working in business intelligence, forecasting and consulting areas at Deloitte, Global Data, Coca-Cola and other firms. He is a B.Tech, MBA with over 7 years of work experience and presented over 30 national level paper presentations at IIT’s, NIT’s and other prestigious schools.


Heena Sharma, Senior Analyst
Heena has worked as a Senior Analyst at Conlumino’s global research team in India since 2012. She manages and executes company’s syndicated market data. Prior to joining Conlumino, Heena worked as a Research Executive at VLCC, a personal care industry where she was involved in research and development of cosmetic and toiletries along with tracking trends driving the cosmetic market.


Shivaraj Math, Analyst
Shivaraj has worked as an Analyst at Conlumino’s global research team in India since 2014. In the current role he is involved in writing country and channel specific reports, and keeps a detailed eye for innovation in the retail space. He previously worked at Wealth-X where he built dossiers of UHNWI and provided valuation support to a team of 60.


Anchita Khare, Analyst
Anteater has worked as an Analyst for Conlumino’s global research team in India since 2014. In this role she is responsible for global sector and channel reports, customized research and supporting retail market database. Prior to Conlumino, Anchita has worked at SG Analytics as Analyst in research and consultancy domains, working on customized research, peer benchmarking, company profiling and social media monitoring. Anchita has done her MBA Finance from ICFAI Business School and has over four years of experience in research.


Samrat Volam, Analyst
Samrat has worked as an Analyst at Conlumino’s global research team in India since late 2014. In this current role, he is involved in secondary research and qualitative analysis of major retail markets across the world. Prior to joining Conlumino, Samrat has worked as an Analyst at BizAcumen Research where he was involved in market research and report writing across several industries including technology, communication, and automotive among others. Samrat has a Masters degree in Business Administration and has an overall experience of 4 years.


Govinda Rao, Analyst
Govinda has served as an Analyst at Conlumino’s global research team in India since 2014. He is responsible for writing multiple reports, providing an analysis of retail trends, product categories and retail channels for different countries across all regions. Prior to Conlumino, Govind worked as Team Lead in Marketing and Customer Data Intelligence at Wipro Ltd. He was responsible for Market Research and Analysis relating to the business objectives of the client EMC Corporation (stylized as EMC²).


Abinash Choudhury, Analyst
Abinash has worked as an Analyst at Conlumino’s global research team in India since 2014. Actively involved in data modeling and production of country and channel based syndicated projects. Prior to Conlumino, he worked at Lucintel, where he was involved in industry analysis and consulting projects under energy sector. 


Karthik Verma, Associate Analyst
Karthik has worked as an Associate Analyst at Conlumino’s global research team in India, since 2013. He is involved in secondary research, data modeling, data forecasting, retail market trends and assists in authoring market forecast reports across major sectors and geographies.


Avinash Pandi, Senior Researcher
Avinash has worked as a Senior Researcher at Conlumino’s global research team in India since 2014. He is involved in various research and analysis assignments across business functions and processes with exposure of working in different projects for variety of market research activities spanning across retail sector.


Apuroopa Katta, Senior Researcher
Apuroopa has worked as a Senior Researcher at Conlumino’s global research team in India since 2014. She is involved in data analysis and report writing.


Vijay Varma, Associate Analyst
Vijay started his career in Conlumino’s global research team in India in 2015 as an Associate Analyst. In his current role, Vijay is involved in supporting data and reports, especially innovation reports.
